Why these nine, and what to leave out
The three questions a board is actually asking, and the definitional traps in each metric.

The nine-metric selection and the page layout are Helion's framework, offered as judgement rather than as a standard. Default values are illustrative and fictional. Nothing you enter is saved or transmitted — the page holds your figures in memory only, and they are lost on refresh, so print or export before you close it. Define each metric explicitly before reporting it; most board disputes about people numbers are definitional rather than factual.
