This calculator applies the end-of-service gratuity rules under Article 51 of Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021: 21 days' basic wage per year for the first five years, 30 days per year thereafter, on last basic wage only, capped at two years' basic wage, with a one-year minimum service requirement and days of unpaid absence excluded. It does not reflect the Alternative End-of-Service Savings Scheme (where enrolment freezes accrual at the enrolment date), and DIFC and ADGM operate their own separate regimes. Figures are a planning estimate, not legal advice — confirm the exact entitlement at final settlement or with MOHRE.
